With a West Coast & East Coast Tour around the corner, we wanted to share a few Solid Surf board models that we think are essential to any quiver. All of our designs are tested by team riders around the globe. Not to mention, our local heroes doing a little R & D as well.
The Vinny:

The Vinny model is our blade of choice in more consequential conditions. When designing this model, we were looking for an everyday shortboard with a slightly fuller nose outline with a more gradual rocker to offer a little extra glide to get into steeper waves a little earlier. This board offers all the paddling and speed benefits of a bigger wave gun and all the performance of your everyday shortboard. This is a must have for any surf trip or season of solid conditions.
The Go II:

Our Go II got its name for being exactly that, our go-to shortboard. This board is sure to get more love than any other board on your board rack. This board’s nose outline, profile and rocker synchronize offering smooth entry, easy paddling and graceful recoveries. Enjoy this thing from knee high to well overhead beach breaks, reefs or points. Pictured above is team rider, Darren Muschett showing us exactly why you should be grabbing one of these on our next tour up the coast!
The Stealth Fish:

The Stealth Fish was an instant favorite when we released about a year ago. Gradual rocker flows with speed paddling and down the line, light single concave with vee out the tail offers drive but also controlled release off of the refined thinned out shallow swallow tail outline. We recommend setting this thing up as a quad for more traditional performance, extra grip & drive, or setup as a twin for a bit more of a classic hold on the face and more drawn out maneuvers. We assure you, the board will make those grovel sessions at the local that much more bearable and even a little fun. Everyone needs and board with a little versatility in there quiver and this is the one!
